Green Country Homeschool Winter Formal

About this event

You're invited to the 4th annual homeschool winter formal hosted by Chick-Fil-A Claremore.

The Winter Formal will be Friday, December 4th, 2026 from 6-9pm held at the Rustic Creek Venue in Claremore.

Dinner and water is included with your ticket price. Invite 4 friends for a 5 person ticket at a discounted group rate.

The Winter Formal is for all homeschool students grades 9-12th.

* Chaperones and security will be provided, we will not accept unknown volunteers as chaperones, including parents

* DJ will play from a pre-approved list of songs (please send recommendations to CFA03829@gmail.com)

* Food will be provided. Please email us at CFA03829@gmail.com for any dietary restrictions

* Formal Dress Code (please see guidelines below)

* No refunds given

* Event is for students 9-12 grade, this event is not for people over the age of 19.

Like last year, a meal will be served and a professional photographer will be on-site to take pictures. We look forward to hosting you, your friends, and peers for a wonderful night!

Homeschool Winter Formal Dress Code & Guidelines:

Dear attendees,

We look forward to celebrating a memorable night at the Greencountry Homeschool Winter Formal. Please be aware of our dress code to ensure a formal and enjoyable event.

For Females:

• Formal (floor length), semi-formal (knee length dresses), or elegant jumpsuits complete the look.

• Dress slits should not go beyond mid-thigh.

• No front middle slits allowed.

• Avoid revealing cleavage.

• Open backs should not exceed mid-back.

• Short dresses should not be more than 3 inches above the knee.

For Males:

• Suits, tuxedos, or dress clothes are required *jackets optional

• Button-up shirts, ties, or bowties complete the semi-formal look.

• Jeans are permitted, if accompanied by boots and a suit jacket or a tie.
