- ➤ Attorney General Gentner Drummond reached a $17.8 million settlement with Lannett and Bausch Health over allegations of collusion to raise generic drug prices. Lannett will pay over $13 million and Bausch $4 million (helping buyers of affected drugs from May 2009 to Dec. 2019). FOX23
