  • ➤ Public Service Company of Oklahoma said a tech glitch caused 47,000 customers to be billed with an outdated rate from October to January; the company fixed the error by updating its billing system—adding new checks to stop it from happening again. A local viewer said his father-in-law received a high bill that left many customers upset.  KTUL
