- ➤ A Broken Arrow man named LeShon Eugene Johnson was federally charged with running an animal fighting and trafficking operation after agents seized 190 pit-bull type dogs in October 2024 (the most ever confiscated in a federal dog fighting case), and his trial is set for May. KRMG News
- ➤ Ex-NFL player LeShon Eugene Johnson, a Haskell native charged in 2004 for dog fighting, now faces new federal charges after FBI agents raided his Broken Arrow home in October 2024 and seized 190 pit bull-type dogs used in illegal fights—if convicted, he could get up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine per charge.
