Good morning, Broken Arrow.

Broken Arrow Police and local motorcyclists hosted a 'Share the Road' event yesterday at 2:10 p.m. to practice emergency maneuvers and improve road safety with free training funded by the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office — the department will hold another session on April 27th at NSU Broken Arrow for experienced riders who bring their own bikes and gear.

A wrong-way driver on Highway 51 near Creek Turnpike in Broken Arrow crashed into a concrete barrier and was struck by a semi truck after his Honda went eastbound in the westbound lanes, police said — no serious injuries were reported as investigators suspect the driver was impaired and crews cleared the highway for about an hour overnight.
