Good morning, Broken Arrow.

A man was severely injured—his dog killed—after a hit-and-run near 71st and Elwood on April 19th when a driver hit the pair while they crossed the street and fled, causing a chain-reaction crash with several vehicles and leading to both being taken to a hospital as officers investigate possible charges.
