- ➤ Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill (SB 139) that will limit student cellphone use from bell to bell in public schools for the full 2025-2026 school year; school districts will create their own guidelines after that period to allow exceptions for emergencies and medical needs. FOX23
- ➤ Attorney General Gentner Drummond joined a 24-state coalition to challenge Vermont’s Climate Superfund Act—saying the law threatened Oklahoma’s energy industry by potentially imposing billions in retroactive fines on fossil fuel companies for emissions from 1995 to 2024.
