  • Broken Arrow Police officer Nate Lancaster rescued an elderly woman from her burning garage on May 3 by breaking down the door when he found smoke, and the department later shared a video of his quick action (the video shows his timely rescue) and (no one else was in the home).  KTUL

  • Oklahoma lawmakers passed Dylan's Law on May 17th to raise SUDEP awareness and support for about 41,000 epilepsy patients. The law—named for Dylan Whitten who died in 2017—now awaits Governor Kevin Stitt’s signature.  News On 6
