- ➤ A 24-year-old man, Robert Williamson, died after his motorcycle hit a Cadillac on Tuesday just before 9 p.m. on the Broken Arrow Expressway near 129th East Avenue (he was riding at 155 mph) and the Cadillac driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. FOX23
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Broken Arrow's proposed 2026 budget is over $455 million—4 percent less than last year's budget though operational costs are up 9 percent. City Manager Michael Spurgeon said the city will address rising utility costs and a planned 1.5 percent increase in sales tax while City Council will vote on the budget Monday, June 16. KTUL
