- ➤ Tulsa County's Vision 2025 program finished its sales tax collections and delivered $648M for projects like the BOK Center, Route 66 improvements, and school upgrades. Judge LaFortune said that over 129,000 voters approved the initiative in 2003—projects that have since reshaped the county, including Broken Arrow. KJRH
