- ➤ Broken Arrow police officer Dakota Berry was cleared by the U.S. Attorney's Office for using lethal force during a routine traffic stop on Aug. 3 when suspect Sunny Demille brandished a handgun and ran—Berry fired four shots and Demille remains hospitalized. KTUL
