Good morning, Broken Arrow.

Broken Arrow High School will launch the new AI Foundations course this spring to teach students both the technical and ethical aspects of artificial intelligence in partnership with Code.org.

The course will prepare students for future careers and include teacher training — supporting best practices in AI education.

Construction on Creek Turnpike’s bridges over Haikey Creek will begin Monday as the lane between 101st—111th Street is narrowed to one lane, directing both directions of traffic to use the westbound bridge for about a year in a $72 million project that replaces the concrete deck, parapets and beams. Drivers should plan for delays in the work zone.

The No. 4 Broken Arrow Tigers set a record scoring night against Westmoore by scoring three non-offensive touchdowns — including two by Semaj Stanford — during an efficient first half.

The team used strong offensive play to build a win that they hope will boost their season.
