- ➤ City officials in Broken Arrow said trash and recycling will be collected as scheduled today (Dec. 24) but will not run on Christmas (Dec. 25), with Thursday pickups moved to Friday (Dec. 26) while city offices remain closed today and tomorrow. KTUL
