- ➤ Hearts 4 the Homeless, led by New Life Church and serving through River's Edge recovery program, offers hearty meals and local support in Broken Arrow. The group relies on Tulsa University donations & community volunteers to care for people in need. KJRH
- ➤ A small chihuahua named Bella wandered into the Karnes yard weeks after their longtime dog passed away and quickly became a viral sensation with more than 75,000 Facebook followers. Her original owners offered her for adoption and Seth plans to release a children’s book on April 2 to promote dog adoption. News On 6
- ➤ Project Santa, formerly known as Neediest Families, met its $150,000 fundraising goal and has raised over $8.5 million since 1992 to support local families in need. The program continues building on its long-standing efforts to serve the community. Tulsa World
- ➤ Memphis Street Animal Rescue reported its flatbed trailer stolen on Christmas Day — affecting its day-to-day animal care; a friend donated a temporary trailer and a bingo benefit on Jan. 10, along with other fundraisers, will help secure a replacement. News On 6
